This policy applies to the Whiteboard Wisdom mobile application and related services operated by PACO NORTH EAST LTD.
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no such data is shared with third parties.
Because the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it from your device is sufficient to stop use of the Application.
The Application does not retain personal information generated through normal use. If you voluntarily provide information directly to PACO NORTH EAST LTD outside the Application, such information may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain appropriate records, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
If you voluntarily provide personal information to the Service Provider outside normal use of the Application, you may request deletion of that information by contacting archieaumont@gmail.com. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable law and subject to any legal retention requirements.
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. If personal information is voluntarily provided by other means by a person below the applicable age threshold, a parent or guardian must provide consent where required by law.
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any information it may hold.
If a breach occurs involving information that you voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, you will be notified where required by applicable law.
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Where required by law, consent will be sought before material changes take effect.
